Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Verified Web Studio website design and hosting service (the "Service") operated by Verified Web Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service includes custom website design, hosting, SSL, ongoing content updates, and support for a flat monthly fee of $97. There is no long-term contract and no setup fee.

2. Payment

Fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; on cancellation your subscription and the hosted website end at the close of the current billing period.

3. Ownership

You own your domain name and your content. The design and website code remain licensed to you for use while your subscription is active.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or to publish content that infringes intellectual property or violates applicable law.

5. Warranty & Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding three months.
